Blind Tiger Coffee

Hi there, I’m Blind Tiger Coffee. I’m from Philadelphia. Philadelphia used to be called/can still be recognized as“Lenapehoking.” I currently run a coffee roasting operation out of the back of a ’95 Ford Taurus… don’t tell my mom, it’s hers and I said I was just borrowing it to go grab a Mountain Dew from Wawa. Hey, listen, my likes include Wayne’s World, The Seventh Seal, the Holy Mountain, Eric Dolphy, details, and very expressive, clean, and sweet coffees. My dislikes include wet burritos, bigotry, and littering. Maybe we can grab a fizzy drink sometime? —Charlie

Guatemala Variety Pack

This month, you’re getting 3 bags of coffee from 3 different areas of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. If you’re looking for a good time, blend* these suckers! Which is to say, “put them in a hopper or a sealable container” and shake, shake, shake! (*don’t put these in a blender… or do? I don’t think it would be good, but I could be wrong!).

For those looking for a complicatedly-good time, cup or brew small amounts (talkin’ ~10-15g of coffee to create 160-320g of brewed coffee) of these coffees and create your own signature blend based on flavors/flavours and aromas you’re trying to bring to the forefront of your spro-bombs.
