Florence, Italy — At this year’s Pitti Uomo, La Marzocco and Frescobol Carioca are teaming up to present Cafézinho Carioca, a partnership that blends Italian espresso heritage with the effortless feel of Brazilian beach culture.
Hosted within a dedicated café and showroom space at Pitti, the space invites visitors to experience how these two worlds come together over morning espresso. Designed as a working café rather than just a traditional booth, and serves as the central hub for the launch, highlighting both brands’ shared dedication to craftsmanship, hospitality, and the art of the daily ritual.

The centerpiece of the partnership is a custom La Marzocco Linea Mini, meticulously crafted at Officine Fratelli Bambi. The machine borrows heavy visual cues from Frescobol Carioca’s Rio de Janeiro roots, featuring rich wooden accents inspired by the brand’s signature beach bats and subtle design nods to the iconic, wave-like mosaic of the Copacabana promenade.
Alongside the espresso machine is the debut of a capsule lifestyle collection. The line features apparel, accessories, ceramics, and exclusive Frescobol bats, all steeped in a color palette drawn from the rich hues of coffee—espresso, moka, cappuccino, and crema. It’s a perfect blend of the morning espresso routine and the relaxed, sun-drenched aesthetic of Frescobol Carioca.

The story extends beyond the booth through a collaboration with Steve Booker and his mobile specialty coffee venture, Café Nice. Born from a personal love of coffee, classic cars, and community, the traveling coffee bar serves as a natural extension of the Cafézinho Carioca ethos, celebrating coffee as a daily anchor that brings people together and showcasing the custom machine.
