In 1906, the Milan World’s Fair introduced the espresso machine to the world. A century later, espresso has found its way everywhere from cafés and counters in Florence to Beijing to Los Angeles—to home kitchens in Tokyo, New York, Melbourne, and beyond.

On October 18, La Marzocco returns to Milan with Out of the Box for the first time in 10 years—a day-long gathering for coffee people of all kinds. Symbolically tracing our journey between Florence and Milan, this year’s theme is ROOTS & WINGS: a celebration of where we come from, and where we’re going next.You’re invited to join us for the full day; baristas, home brewers, designers, roasters, technologists, and espresso lovers of all kind. Whether you’re discovering espresso for the first time or have spent a lifetime behind the bar, Out of the Box is a place to deepen your craft, meet like-minded people, and be part of what comes next.
