The list of variables that affect the taste of espresso can seem endless at times. Understanding those variables comes with time and practice—but, one of the most important variables to control is also one of the easiest: brew ratio. Join us on Zoom for an online class that will teach you to find your brew ratio preference and use the roast level of your coffee to choose a recipe. La Marzocco Home Educator Leah Muhm will be on hand to walk through this advanced espresso technique and answer questions.
