Free shipping available on all orders exceeding $50. Espresso machine orders are shipped 3-4 day freight and require a signature of the recipient for delivery. We currently ship to US based addresses only, shipping Mon – Fri. Once shipped, tracking information is released with delivery scheduled by phone.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving equipment deliveries. Returned equipment removed from the original packaging is subject to a 20% restocking fee. To initiate a return or exchange of an espresso machine or grinder please contact home.usa@lamarzocco.com
